Find search parameter ids

GETdirect.lempile.com/api/v1/linkedin/search/parameters

LinkedIn's own typeahead: the ids its search filters take, for LOCATION, REGION, PEOPLE, CONNECTIONS, COMPANY, SCHOOL, INDUSTRY, JOB_TITLE and SKILL (one LinkedIn call). Other classic types answer 501; Sales Navigator and Recruiter types or services answer 403 errors/feature_not_subscribed.

Query parameters
