Where one Article is, by the Idempotency-Key it was sent with: building (202), published (200, url, article_id), draft (200, a dry run, draft_url), not_sent (422, or 409 for account_busy) or unknown (200: Publish was pressed but X didn't confirm; check the account's Articles before sending again).

Scope: accounts.read.
