Where Unipile is ahead
- WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, email and calendars in one API
- Sales Navigator, Recruiter and InMail, with the matching subscription
- Job postings and applicants for ATS products
- A SOC 2 Type II certification, according to its security page
What Lempile does differently
- Pacing enforced per account, not left to your code
- Dry runs and idempotency keys on every write
- Messaging webhooks from LinkedIn's own live connection, with polling as a backstop
- Routes to delete a comment and remove a reaction
- A 501 on anything not covered, so a call can fall back to Unipile
Before you switch
- Accounts move by reconnecting them through a Lempile hosted auth link; Unipile account ids don't carry over.
- Chat and message ids are LinkedIn's own, so stored Unipile chat ids need mapping once.
- Every inbox call names its account_id.
- Each account starts with writes off; we turn them on per account, and dry runs work meanwhile.
